Your tasks
- Provide support to the Bar team with daily preparation and service tasks.
- Assist with the bar mise en place before, during and after service.
- Collaborate in the preparation and service of cocktails, beverages, coffee, soft drinks and
other drinks according to hotel standards.
- Support the preparation of ingredients, garnishes, syrups, infusions and other elements
required for service.
- Assist the team in providing professional, friendly and personalized service to guests.
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, order and organization of the bar throughout the
service.
- Comply with the quality, presentation and service standards established by the hotel.
- Support the proper control and use of beverages, ingredients, glassware, utensils and
equipment.
- Assist with stock control and communicate replenishment needs to the relevant supervisor.
- Support the receiving, storage and proper conservation of products and beverages.
- Assist with inventory counts and product controls when required.
- Collaborate with the Bar team and other departments to ensure an efficient and wellcoordinated service.
- Support the correct management and reduction of waste and product loss.
- Assist in complying with hygiene, food safety and health & safety procedures.
- Collaborate in the preparation of new drinks, cocktails and bar proposals when required.
- Participate in other departmental projects and tasks according to operational needs.
Requirements
Profile & Skills
- Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Gastronomy, Hospitality Management, Bartending
or a related field.
- Genuine interest in developing a career in Bar & Beverage within the hospitality and
gastronomy industry.
- Passion for cocktails, beverages and hospitality.
- Positive attitude, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
- Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability: 3 to 6 months.
