Quality and Environmental Manager

Nolato MediTech develops and manufactures polymeric products and systems in close cooperation with leading customers within medical technology and pharmaceuticals. We are world leaders in silicone injection molding and have long experience in plastic injection molding for medical technology, with special expertise in 2K and 3K. We also offer innovative solutions in further processing and assembly. Nolato MediTech has two production units in southern Sweden. Cleanroom production class 8 and Hygiene production according to ISO 14644-1. Certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 as well as FDA-registered.

We are looking for a Quality and Environmental Manager to continue developing the business towards world-class. As a leader with us, you are both a manager, teacher, and coach in the application of the working methods and processes we work by. There is a structure for the work, but we want you to constantly challenge it through your presence and active leadership, which will determine which results are achieved. You must be able to make quick decisions while also thinking long-term. The work includes strategic planning for your department, which is then broken down into clear goals with a daily structure. In this role, you have personnel responsibility for 6 quality engineers and are responsible for the factory's quality and environmental work.

Main tasks:

Lead and develop your group's competence and working methods Educate and lead the organization in fulfilling quality systems and customer requirements Establish customer requirements, document control, and monitoring of regulatory requirements Responsible for the factory's deviation and complaint management Responsible for the factory's quality and environmental work Conduct audits, internal and external Represent the factory during customer and third-party audits Continuously streamline and develop the factory's quality and environmental work

Qualifications and experience

You are an experienced leader with good knowledge of quality work within a manufacturing, medical technology, and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. We believe that you have a relevant university education or equivalent experience. You have worked at least five years with quality systems such as ISO 13485 and 21CFR820 and have experience working with environmental management systems according to ISO 14001. You will work in a customer-facing, international environment, so you must be proficient in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

You are responsible, well-organized, and business-minded, and have the ability to be driving and decisive when the situation requires. You are a solution-oriented person who finds innovative solutions to both customer and internal challenging issues. You have a good ability to understand the product's complexity and have a holistic leadership perspective. To succeed in the job, it is important that you are meticulous, have a structured way of working, and are prepared to carefully document your work. You are a non-prestige-driven team player who finds it easy to cooperate and communicate with other people.
