Your tasks

Responsibilities Procurement of Spare Parts and Equipment: Execute the procurement and sourcing of aircraft parts (Rotable, Consumable & Expendable Parts), Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and technical tools according to requests from the Engineering department. AOG (Aircraft On Ground) Support: Track, source, and coordinate the urgent delivery of spare parts in cases of emergency aircraft breakdowns to ensure the aircraft returns to operation as quickly as possible. Repair Order Management: Open Repair Orders, send parts for testing/maintenance to MRO centers, track status, and verify Warranty conditions. Technical Document Verification: Verify the accuracy of spare part certification documents. Vendor and Logistics Coordination: Contact suppliers, OEMs, and warehouses to track shipments and customs procedures to ensure timely import of spare parts. Reporting and Data Entry: Record procurement data into the aviation management system.

Requirements

1. Age 25 - 35 years old.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering (Aviation/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial), Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
3. Experience: 2 years or more in procurement, logistics, or spare parts sourcing.
4. Experience in aircraft parts procurement / technical work / machinery parts or experience in the airline/MRO industry will be specially considered.
5. English: Good English communication skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) as you will need to contact international suppliers and read technical documents.
6. A TOEIC score of 550+ will be specially considered.
7. Computer: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
8. High attention to detail, punctuality, and strong negotiation skills.
9. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate smoothly with the engineering team.
10. Ability to work under pressure and possess good problem-solving skills.
