Working hours: Full-time

Are you enthusiastic about these tasks?

• You prepare public tenders and manage them, both in the tender process and in ongoing contract administration.

• You monitor legal environmental developments at the European and national levels and draft legal opinions.

• You independently prepare complex legal matters and develop proposed solutions.

• You create and review contracts (incl. AGB and terms of use) and take care of further processing.

• You undertake the legal support of the company, particularly in procurement law, civil law, labor law, as well as criminal law agendas.

• You accompany authority and court proceedings.

Does this sound like you?

• You have completed a degree in law or a Master's degree in Business Law.

• You bring relevant professional experience, ideally from a legal department or a law firm.

• You want to gain valuable experience in the transport sector within the framework of a fixed-term employment relationship (two years, until 2028).

• You convince with a confident appearance, are expressive, a team player, and have good English skills.

• You are quality-conscious and always think analytically and solution-oriented.

• Your independent way of working and your assertiveness particularly distinguish you.

Our employees are important to us! According to the collective agreement for employees of Austrian railway companies, we offer a salary starting from € 3,273.03 gross/month (basis 38.5 hours/week). Depending on qualifications and professional experience, overpayment is provided.
