Your tasks

- Reception and service of visitors and partners with politeness and professionalism.
- Management of incoming telephone calls and electronic correspondence.
- Organization and coordination of scheduled visits and meetings.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.
- Providing information and guidance to guests, with discretion and consistency.
- Contributing to the creation of a welcoming and high-level experience, worthy of the House's identity.
