To support our growth plans, we seek to recruit a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as an Operations Executive Responsibilities: Assist the Manager in developing operational work plans to ensure that the teams clearly understand project objectives and deliverables.

Plan work schedules and deploy manpower effectively to ensure the on-time fulfilment and delivery of finished goods.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of finished goods.

Assist in managing operational costs within the approved annual budget.

Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control of finished goods through regular monitoring and reconciliation.

Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained working environment.

Serve as the primary liaison with the building management for all facilities-related matters.

Requirements: Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant discipline 

At least 3 years of experience in operations and fulfilment

Familiarity with Fleet Management systems is preferred

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and resourceful, able to adapt to changing needs
