Inside Sales and Quotations Clerk

Noble Recruiting have the pleasure to support a wonderful, long-standing, and globally renown Client of ours at their Southampton Offices. We are looking for a confident Inside Sales and Quotations Clerk to join our client who is expanding their team and it's very exciting times for them! Permanent Position for you Monday to Friday's - 9:00am to 5:30pm On site position, free parking + fantastic benefits detailed at interview stage Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum - depending on experience

Your role would involve: Quoting customers using their 360 portal and in house system - training provided. Ensuring Quotes are sent accurately and with a fast turn around. Following up quotes with customers via phone and asking relevant questions to secure the booking. Competition mapping. Feeding back any information that could help secure future bookings for customers to management/team leader. Experience we are looking for: Must have recent, demonstrable experience working within a Shipping environment - Customer service or sales area within the last 6 months. Excellent Customer Service skills - confident to communicate via telephone and emails. Polite, friendly and approachable manner. Excellent attention to detail. Competent I.T. computer skills. Driver & own transport is desirable.
