Noble Recruiting have a wonderful opportunity with a dynamic, modern and growing Manufacturing Company in Basildon, Essex.

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD 2D Design Co-ordinator!!

The position involves working together with estimators and their bid team - understanding future projects, providing expert advice.

·Managing agreed budgets and restraints.

·Attend design meetings and conduct site surveys as necessary, carry out site meetings when needed.

·Act as the main, responsible party for identifying any potential challenges early in the project and raising this with the design director.

·Identify, record and communicate all known design changes to the financial department as soon as they are known.

·Liaising with internal teams and site managers to ensure effective and timely handover of drawings for production.

·Responsible for the creation of production drawings using relevant systems for manufacturing purposes specifically for Joinery and associated materials.

Requirements

What we are looking for from you ·Experience in AutoCAD 2D (minimum) working to a high level of detail and resolution

·Excellent IT Skills, (Microsoft Office).

·Familiar with Project Intranets is desirable; CONJECT, ASITE, KAHUA, VIEWPOINT, PROJECT PLUS, OPIDIS (training will be given).

·Attention to detail and a strong desire for accuracy.

·Good organisational skills.

·A flexible and proactive approach to work.

·Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

·Experience of modelling production joinery specifically using Autodesk Inventor would be an advantage.

·Experience of 3D Modelling in Autodesk Revit would be an advantage.

What we offer

Salary: £48,000 per annum - circa DOE
