Junior Interior Designer

Noble Interior Design is hiring a Junior Interior Designer. No prior industry experience is required — we will train you. What we cannot train is care, and the willingness to be on site.

What you will do

• Meet clients, understand their requirements and lifestyle needs, and record the brief accurately
• Work with a senior designer on concept and space planning
• Prepare quotations under supervision
• Coordinate project schedules and handovers with contractors and suppliers
• Follow up after handover and support our aftercare service

Requirements

• Basic spoken and written English
• Willing to be on active renovation sites, which can be hot, dusty and noisy
• Organised enough to keep several projects and their paperwork straight
• Candidates with no experience are welcome — a diploma in interior design or a portfolio of student work is an advantage, not a requirement

What you will get

• Structured mentorship from RCMA Certified Renovation Practitioners with 12 to 28 years in the trade
• Exposure to the full project range: HDB and BTO, condominium and EC, landed homes, developer showflats and commercial
• A clear path to running your own projects once you can carry them

Compensation

• Monthly basic salary of S$2,500 to S$5,000 depending on experience
• Project-based incentives on top of basic, explained in full at interview

This role is not a fit if you

• Want a desk-only design job with no client contact and no site visits
• Are not comfortable discussing money and quotations with clients
