Here, you will have an exciting role in creating a unique guest and meal experience for our guests, who often visit us in connection with business meetings or other events where the high level of the meal is part of a successful experience.

The hotel offers, among other things, 34 hotel rooms, conference facilities, as well as several dining rooms and lounges. Most of our staying guests are typically international business travelers, and we have extensive restaurant operations.

Your tasks

We are currently looking for waitstaff for our restaurant and catering operations. The duties consist of customary serving work during all meals of the day, including lunches, dinners, arrangements, and activities in our banquet hall.

Requirements

We are looking for you who want to be involved in creating a positive experience for our guests and contribute to our operations at Bofors Hotel and have:

• Previous experience in serving, preferably within à la carte
• Good sense of service and interest in food and drink
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of English, primarily spoken

In the role, you will meet worldly guests from different cultures and religions; therefore, we see that you have a good understanding of the importance of manners, etiquette, and respectful treatment. You are driven to deliver at a high level with very high quality and you see no shortcuts. You have an eye for detail and the ability to see the experience from the guest's perspective with a desire to constantly deliver a professional experience.
