Nmbrs is looking for a Full Cycle Sales Consultant. This role combines sales and customer success: you'll win new customers and make sure they get off to a great start. As we grow, we want to make every step of the customer journey smarter, and you'll be at the center of that, combining real customer conversations with AI, automation and experimentation.

For this role, you’ll join Nmbrs Payroll in Amsterdam, working closely with the colleagues in your local team while being part of the wider Nmbrs organisation.

Your role As Full Cycle Sales Consultant, you own the full sales cycle: from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and making sure new customers get off to a great start. You're part of a product squad, so you don't just sell the product, you help shape it. You test new ways to reach and convert customers, decide where a personal conversation makes the difference and where automation works better, and bring what you hear from customers straight back to the team.

Your impact Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact and demo to closing and onboarding new customers.

Use your insights from customer conversations to propose and test new touchpoints, such as in-app prompts, email sequences, trial extensions and pricing-page tweaks, which the product team then builds. You also decide which moments need a human and which should be automated.

Experiment with AI and sales automation tools to make lead generation and outreach smarter, faster and more scalable.

Be the voice of the customer: share structured insights with the product team about objections, missing features and pricing friction.

Give training to customers, so they get the most out of Nmbrs from day one.

You bring A hands-on, self-starting mentality: you see what needs to be done and get going.

Fluency in Dutch.

Experience in a customer-facing role, and you genuinely enjoy talking to customers.

A commercial mindset, and the curiosity to try new things: since this role is still developing, you'll help shape what it becomes.

Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for working with AI, automation and modern sales tools.

Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS.

Experience giving product demos.

Knowledge of payroll or HR.

Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, product analytics and BI tools such as Power BI.

A fast learner who adapts easily to change.

We offer A salary range of 3000€ to 4000€ gross per month (excluding holiday allowance), depending on your experience.
