Junior Mortgage Consultant

Who this role is for You do not need to know anything about home loans, banking or finance. You need a natural advisory sales instinct, the kind of energy a full pipeline feeds rather than drains, and no hesitation before picking up the phone. What you learn here is not only mortgages. You will learn to use AI the way almost nobody in this industry does yet. Our consultants use it daily to research, compare and prepare, and we will expect you to push it further than we have. Consultative selling, financial literacy and real fluency with AI do not expire, and they do not stay behind when you leave. Wherever you go after Cashew, you take all of it with you. What you will do Speak with homeowners and property buyers every day: inbound enquiries, follow-ups, and outbound calls

Understand each client's situation and recommend suitable loan packages from our panel of banks

Own your pipeline end to end, from first conversation through to loan disbursement

Work alongside senior advisors on live cases and learn the craft by doing it

Use, stress-test, and help improve the AI tools and internal systems that let one Cashew consultant do the work of three elsewhere

Keep clean, accurate records and hit agreed activity and conversion targets

What we are looking for Diploma (Polytechnic) or Degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

No prior mortgage, banking, or sales experience required. We train from scratch.

Confident on the phone. You should genuinely not mind calling someone you have never met.

Strong spoken and written English. Mandarin is preferred. 

Real eagerness to learn, plus the discipline to keep learning after the novelty wears off

Curiosity about AI and new technology, and a willingness to experiment with it daily

Able to work from our Singapore office. This is an on-site role.

Coachable, organised, and honest. We are dealing with people's largest financial commitment.
