pathologists' assistant
We are a gardening and landscaping company located in Marpole near a major transit route (Granville St.) We are looking for assistant or experienced gardeners for the fall season lasting through the end of November or mid-December.
No personal vehicle required. We work full-time Monday to Friday, 8am-4:00pm, primarily on the west side of Vancouver.
*Start date:* mid to late September
*Pay:* $22-28/hour depending on experience. Our gardening positions do not involve lawn maintenance duties.

> Leading or working together with one other member of one of our small gardening crews, depending on the season
> Communicating directly with clients in a professional and courteous manner

Minimum Requirements

*For Assistant Gardeners:*
> Willingness to learn and follow instruction closely
> High attention to detail and ability to balance multiple needs and priorities
> Strong communication skills appropriate for a customer service environment
> Ability to work well with others
> Good physical fitness
> Proper rain gear
> Valid Driver's License and clean drivers record
> Proper pruning and plant knowledge is very welcome+ hedging experience is an asset
*Additional requirements for Experienced Gardeners:*
> Proficiency with proper pruning and plant knowledge
> Hedge trimming skills and experience an asset
> Ability to work independently with minimal direction
> Horticultural certification welcome
