FMCG | Manufacturing | Supply Chain NJR Recruitment are working with a fast-growing FMCG business on an exciting growth journey, who are looking to add a Production Planner to their team in Birmingham.

Your tasks

Working closely with the Senior Demand Planner, you’ll help coordinate production schedules across two sites, ensuring customer demand is met, stock availability is maintained and production runs as efficiently as possible.

You’ll collaborate with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Customer Service, making this a brilliant opportunity to build your experience in a busy, collaborative manufacturing environment.

• An experienced Production Planner ready for a new challenge
• A Demand Planner keen to broaden their experience

What are we looking for?

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• SAP experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential!
