We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Account Handler to join a well-established and highly regarded independent insurance organisation based in Stoke-On-Trent.

The Role

As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated portfolio of clients and acting as a key point of contact for their day-to-day insurance requirements.

You will play an important role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and providing a consistently high level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Managing and supporting a designated portfolio of insurance clients.

-Acting as a key point of contact for client queries and day-to-day requirements.

-Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

-Providing a high level of customer service across telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.

-Supporting clients throughout their insurance journey and ensuring their needs are understood.

-Working closely with colleagues to ensure clients receive a seamless service.

-Identifying opportunities to develop relationships and support wider business objectives.

-Taking ownership of your workload and using your initiative to resolve issues effectively.

About You

Previous experience within the Insurance industry is essential, although we are open to individuals from a variety of insurance backgrounds.

We are particularly interested in people who are confident dealing with clients, enjoy building relationships and are looking for a long-term opportunity to develop their career.

You will ideally bring:

-Previous experience working within the Insurance industry.

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

-A customer-focused approach and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.

-Confidence dealing with clients over the telephone and face to face.

-A proactive approach, with the ability to use your own initiative.

-A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.
