NJR Recruitment has partnered with a leading provider of Wealth Management services, who now has a truly rare opportunity for a Paraplanner to transition into their first Advising role. Our clients works with individuals, families, business owners and senior professionals on some of the most important financial decisions of their lives. This is an advice role with real substance. You’ll build and manage your own client relationships, providing tailored, compliant advice on areas such as retirement planning, investments, protection and tax-efficient planning.
Your tasks
You’ll be supported by experienced paraplanners, administrators and specialist teams, so you can spend your time where it counts, with your clients.
Requirements
Salary to £45,000 If you’re a qualified adviser or paraplanner with several years’ experience looking for your first advisory role, ready to go somewhere with real depth behind you and genuine opportunities to grow, this could be the role for you. You’ll have the training, support and mentorship to develop your career, working alongside experienced colleagues who want you to succeed.
What we’re looking for
- a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- several years’ experience as a financial adviser or qualified paraplanner
- a strong understanding of the regulatory environment and a commitment to good client outcomes
- confidence explaining complex topics clearly to clients at all levels
- a professional, personable approach and the drive to build lasting client relationships
- organised, reliable and sharp on the detail
