Location: North West / Flexible Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits Employment Type: Permanent

The Opportunity NJR Recruitment are looking to hire an experienced financial advisor to work for an established and highly regarded financial planning and wealth management business. This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser who has built a strong career within financial services and, importantly, has developed an established client bank and trusted client relationships . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an established client base while continuing to develop and grow their portfolio within a supportive and professionally led environment.

The Role As an Experienced Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing an established portfolio of private clients. Providing holistic financial planning and investment advice tailored to individual client needs. Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Conducting regular client reviews and identifying opportunities to support clients with their wider financial objectives. Developing and maintaining your existing client bank. Working closely with internal specialists and support teams to deliver a high-quality client experience. Identifying opportunities for new business and referrals. Ensuring all advice and client activity is delivered in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

About You We are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser who can demonstrate: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Adviser. An established and transferable client bank . A strong track record of managing and developing client relationships. Experience providing holistic financial planning and investment advice. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A professional, client-focused approach. The ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider team. Relevant financial planning qualifications, ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified or equivalent.
