Location: Alderley Edge Salary: Up to £32000 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established financial planning business in Alderley Edge, who are looking to recruit an experienced Associate Client Servicing Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys working within financial services and wants to play an important role in delivering a first-class service to clients. Working closely with a Financial Planner and Associate Financial Planner, you will support a defined client bank, dealing with the day-to-day administration involved in servicing existing clients and processing new business. The Role A key part of this position will be ensuring that client records and electronic documentation are accurate, immaculate and fully up to date . You will take ownership of your workload, manage competing priorities and ensure all activity is recorded correctly. Accuracy is absolutely essential, and you will be encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance whenever required. Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day administration support to Financial Planners and their clients Supporting the servicing of a defined client bank Ensuring all company processes and procedures are followed Recording and indexing all client communications within the document management system, including SharePoint Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the back-office system, Curo Managing and maintaining task lists across Curo and Outlook Adding thorough notes to tasks to clearly track progress and outstanding actions Processing new business, including completing applications and submitting documentation to product providers Producing client valuations Preparing Annual Planning Meeting (APM) preparation packs Liaising with various product providers where required Completing general administration and processing Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on relevant activity Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales About You The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within financial services administration or a client servicing environment. You will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of your workload. You will have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of maintaining accurate client records and documentation. Experience of Curo and SharePoint would be highly desirable, although training can be provided for the right individual.
