Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Lekki. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing bookings and reservations, and providing high-quality customer service. The role includes planning and coordinating travel itineraries, ensuring that customer needs and preferences are met, and resolving any issues that arise during the travel planning process.

Qualifications

Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements Proficiency in handling Reservations and bookings Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work under pressure Knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous Only Qualified Candidates would be contacted!
