Key Responsibilities

Identify and recruit new clients. Market the company's financial products and services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Process loan applications and follow up on repayments. Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets. Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports.

Requirements

KCSE Certificate (Diploma or Degree is an added advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Willingness to work within the assigned branch.

Salary

Gross Salary: KES 25,000 (plus other benefits as per company policy).
