About the company

NJGCB Corp (New Jersey General Contractor and Builder) is a residential general contractor based in New Jersey, USA, building custom homes, renovations and site work. We are hiring full-time Field Coordinators / Civil Engineers to work remotely from Egypt with our US field team.

Your tasks

• Manage the field team and make sure jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Make sure all materials and tools are on site before a job starts
• Perform take-offs and schedule materials
• Build weekly schedules and update them daily
• Coordinate across different job locations daily to keep field performance on track
• Support setting elevations and layouts
• Hold meetings with customers
• Support inspections

Requirements

• Requirements
• Degree in civil engineering or a related field, or solid field coordination experience in construction
• Strong written and spoken English
• Able to work US hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm New Jersey time (Saturday if needed)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
• Honest, hardworking and a team player
