Bilingual Operations Leader

At Nivard Group SAS / Gastronomie France, an expanding company with operations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia, we are looking for an Operations and Projects Leader who turns strategy into execution and growth into sustainable results.

We are looking for a person with a holistic vision of the business, a high sense of organization, and the ability to work closely with General Management, coordinating leaders, priorities, projects, and indicators.

Main responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's priorities and objectives into action plans, responsible parties, dates, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate multi-country operations and projects.
• Follow up with leaders, internal teams, and freelancers, ensuring compliance with commitments and KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and deviations, proposing concrete solutions and action plans.
• Implement, document, and optimize processes, SOPs, and tracking systems.
• Prioritize initiatives according to impact, urgency, and operational capacity.
• Prepare executive reports and provide clear information for Management decision-making.
• Support the structuring, efficiency, and scalability of Nivard Group and Gastronomie France.

Profile we are looking for

• Professional in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Operations, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administrative management, projects, or transversal roles.
• Minimum B2 English. French is a plus.
• High capacity for organization, analysis, prioritization, and follow-up.
• Ability to make decisions, propose solutions, and work with autonomy.
• Skill to manage leaders and different areas of the organization.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM.
• Plus: experience in administration, hospitality, restaurants, or service companies.
