1. Engineering and Plastic Technology Knowledge: Should have an understanding of plastic injection processes and the properties of various plastic materials.

1. Inspection and Analysis Skills: Able to analyze quality inspection results and use various measuring and testing tools accurately.

1. Planning and Management: Able to plan quality control strategies and manage teams effectively.

1. Communication: Possess good communication skills to convey information and operational guidelines to the team and other departments.

1. Problem-Solving Ability: Able to identify quality-related problems and find effective solutions.

1. Knowledge of Quality Standards: Should have knowledge of various quality standards such as ISO 9001 or specific standards in the plastics industry.

1. Field Experience: Experience working in a quality department or with plastic injection products will be an advantage.

1. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to details to ensure product quality.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience or more
• At least 5 years of experience in the Quality Control field
• Experience working in the Injection and Mold industry will be given special consideration
• Good interpersonal skills with colleagues
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Good command of English communication
• Good management skills
• Experience in plastic injection work
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
