We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team and cover our busy evening hours.

Availability Requirement

• *Schedule:* Candidates must be fully available to work *Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM*.

Key Responsibilities

• *Detailed Assessments:* Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to determine functional limitations, physical deficits, and treatment goals.
• *Personalized Treatment Plans:* Design and implement individual, evidence-based treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, active exercise prescription, and modalities.
• *Hands-On Care:* Deliver focused, one-on-one manual therapy and functional rehabilitation exercises tailored to each patient's needs.
• *Patient Guidance:* Educate patients on injury management, home exercise programs (via exercise apps), and ergonomics to prevent re-injury.
• *Accurate Documentation:* Maintain timely, complete, and compliant clinical documentation and outcome measures within our EMR system.
• *Patient Retainage & Engagement:* Build strong rapport with evening clients, managing patient flow efficiently while maintaining exceptional care standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active registration in good standing with the *College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)*.
• *Availability for weekday evenings (M-F, 4 PM - 9 PM).*
• Strong foundation in orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, and active exercise prescription.
• Comfort handling a diverse caseload, including sports injuries, work-related injuries, MVA claims, and everyday joint/muscle pain.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients after their workday.
• Valid professional liability insurance.
