Your tasks

To support the engineering team in monitoring and repairing building facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely response to maintenance issue.

Job responsibilities

• perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building structures and civil facilities
• identify structural/facility defects and recommend appropriate repair solutions
• support other engineering activities as required

Requirements

• experience in civil/building maintenance, preferably in hospitality environment
• knowledge of basic civil works, including carpentry, painting, waterproofing, and plumbing
• responsible and able to work independently and as a part of team
