Concierge

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 2-years experience in the same or similar role
• Detail oriented, dynamic and good team work
• Highly motivated, good team player, passionate, adaptable, proactive and guest oriented
• Ability to train and develop the staff, build team moral. innovative and implement new ideas
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Bahasa and English
• Highly organized with great time management skills

The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional guest services by assisting guests with inquiries, recommendations, reservations, and special requests to ensure a memorable and seamless guest experience. This role serves as a knowledgeable and resourceful point of contact for all guest needs during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional, courteous assistance at all times.
• Assist guests with membership reservations, transportation arrangements and other personal services.
• Handle guest requests promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate special guest requests and liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards in all interactions.
• Log and track guest preferences and special notes in the system for future reference.
• Stay informed about all membership services, promotions, and operating hours.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and privacy at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification or relevant education is a plus.
• Previous experience in guest services, front office, or concierge roles is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
