About the role We are seeking a Senior Executive - HSE to join our team in the Pioneer West Region on a full-time basis . This is a strategic position with significant responsibility for developing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive health, safety and environmental programmes across our operations. The Senior Executive - HSE will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, whilst embedding a strong safety culture throughout the organisation. This role reports directly to senior management and has a direct impact on operational excellence and risk management across all business units. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies, procedures and strategies aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements

Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential health, safety and environmental risks across operations

Lead incident investigations, determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence

Provide HSE guidance, training and support to operational teams to ensure compliance and foster a positive safety culture

Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, KPIs and compliance status to senior leadership and external stakeholders

Liaise with regulatory authorities, conduct regulatory compliance audits and manage approval and certification processes

Oversee environmental management systems, waste management and pollution prevention initiatives

Lead HSE awareness campaigns, safety committees and continuous improvement programmes

Manage HSE budgets and resource allocation effectively

Perform the role of Safety Coordinator on site as occupier in customer site

What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline

Professional certification such as NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001 or equivalent HSE qualification highly desirable

Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in HSE management, preferably within the gas industry

Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HSE management systems and strategies

Strong knowledge of Singapore and regional occupational safety, health and environmental legislation and regulations

Proven ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and manage incident investigations

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a strong safety culture across operations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE management software systems

Willingness to undertake site inspections and fieldwork as required
