Quality Coordinator
Customer Quality Documentation: Maintain, organize, and update all quality-related documents and records specifically required by customers. COA Issuance: Prepare, verify, and issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers. Action Plan & Complaint Handling: Coordinate internal investigations regarding customer complaints, assist in drafting Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans, and follow up on the progress of implemented actions. Quality Issue Resolution: Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting and clearing immediate quality issues, collaborating closely with the QA/QC teams to ensure quick resolution. General Support: Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC documentation, quality coordination, or customer quality support. Language Skills: Fair command of English (capable of reading/writing business emails and understanding technical quality documents). Driving Ability: Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license (owning a personal car is a strong plus).
