Your tasks
- Managing daily on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, in house construction workers, and materials.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Tracking expenses, controlling costs, and adhering to project timelines to avoid delays.
- Ensuring all construction work meets design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations.
- Preparing progress reports, checking drawings, and maintaining records.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers.
Requirements
- Experience in construction management or as a site supervisor. Minimum 10yrs experience in Singapore Construction. Condo project experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong hands-on experience required.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Able to handle in house construction workers team.
