We are looking for a Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) to act in the evolution of digital usage and customer relationship journeys in digital channels (App and conversational Bot), integrating Salesforce with APIs, mobile applications, and conversational platforms. The professional will work on the development of solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, participating in the evolution of digital channels and the construction of scalable, high-performance digital journeys. This position requires a hands-on, collaborative profile with a strong capacity for integration between systems, working together with Product, Digital Channels, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities and assignments

  • Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on digital usage and customer relationship journeys.
  • Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), implementing business logic and interface components.
  • Implement automations and business flows using Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and declarative tools.

Requirements and qualifications

  • Completed higher education in Systems Analysis and Development, engineering, and/or related areas.
  • Knowledge of standard Salesforce objects and their relationships (Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, and Case).
  • Experience with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication, integration between systems, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Experience with the development and maintenance of integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Experience in development environments with versioning (Git), CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with business and product areas.
  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer, acting in integrations and interaction with systems or digital channels.
  • Interest in acting in a full stack manner within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ability to act with autonomy, responsibility, and technical ownership.
  • Technical English for reading documentation.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (desirable).
  • Solid experience with Salesforce Platform, focusing on Service Cloud.
