Senior Associate, Cross Border (Air)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure daily operational operations - Coordinate and oversee the operational management of air freight transportation, audit documents (Bill of Lading/Customs Declaration/Invoice, etc.), maintain communication with trunk line agents and customs brokers, follow up on Bill of Lading information, monitor shipment progress, synchronize cargo status, and ensure air freight trunk line timeliness;
2. Cross-team collaboration and exception handling - Work closely with internal upstream and downstream stakeholders to secure space, ensure the full and reasonable utilization of supplier resources, and meet customer requirements for timeliness and performance; for cargo status exceptions, timely coordinate internally and externally to handle issues including but not limited to delays, damage, loss, data or information discrepancies, etc.;
3. Supplier Management - Effectively manage cargo cooperation and communication, perform reconciliation with suppliers, promote cost management, bill verification and auditing, monitor supplier logistics performance, resolve disputes, and provide suggestions for supplier optimization and iteration;
4. Process and System Management - Assist department heads in managing and optimizing operational SOPs with reference to industry operational standards, monitor internal systems and dashboards, and ensure smooth connection and effective execution of upstream and downstream links.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics majors;
2. At least three years of experience related to cross-border freight forwarding, with experience in Southeast Asia logistics preferred;
3. Familiar with relevant industry rules and standards of cross-border logistics, and possess strong supplier management experience;
4. CET-4 or above, good English written expression skills, and strong communication and process thinking abilities;
5. Enterprising spirit and team spirit, serious and meticulous in work, flexible, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to work under pressure;
6. Familiar with the use of Microsoft office software, and possess good data induction and analysis abilities.
