Cross Border Linehaul Manager, Air Freight

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure daily operational operations - Lead cargo delivery to cross-border linehaul suppliers, connect internal and external upstream and downstream links, monitor cargo status, update milestones, and ensure timeliness;
2. Supplier Management - Responsible for the introduction and onboarding of new suppliers, establish supplier SOPs, ensure effective execution, and guarantee compliance with business requirements; regularly monitor the logistics performance of existing suppliers, coordinate the supplier pool, and conduct periodic reviews as well as supplier retention, optimization, and iteration; monitor the logistics performance of existing suppliers, coordinate the supplier pool, and conduct periodic reviews as well as supplier retention, optimization, and iteration;
3. Cross-team Collaboration and Exception Handling - Work closely with internal upstream and downstream stakeholders, secure space, ensure the full and reasonable utilization of supplier resources, and meet customer requirements for timeliness and performance; communicate and provide feedback promptly regarding exceptions, propose and implement solutions, and conduct timely reviews;
4. Billing Management - Reconcile accounts with suppliers in a timely manner, ensure information is complete and accurate, assist in completing cost accounting, and simultaneously ensure invoice verification and timeliness;
5. Process and System Management - Refer to industry operational standards to develop and regularly optimize linehaul operation SOPs, monitor internal systems and dashboards, and ensure the smooth connection of upstream and downstream links as well as the effective execution of stakeholder teams;
6. Team Management and Development - Collaborate with the HR team to effectively manage the team structure and develop team members, ensuring personnel efficiency;
7. Reporting Management - Regularly summarize information across various dimensions of operational operations (such as timeliness, compliance, billing accuracy, etc.), lead the team to complete weekly and monthly reports, and propose reasonable optimization suggestions for overall operations and ensure implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics, International Trade, Business English, or related majors;
2. CET-4 or above, good English written expression skills, and strong communication and process thinking abilities;
3. At least five years of experience related to cross-border freight forwarding, with experience in Southeast Asia logistics preferred. Possess a strong enterprising spirit and team spirit, serious and meticulous work attitude, flexibility, strong sense of responsibility, and high pressure resistance;
4. Familiar with the use of Microsoft office software, with good data processing capabilities and PPT production skills.
