Junior Full Stack Developer

Learn from senior developers, not just alongside them.

Ninja Coding House is a software development firm led by experienced senior developers. We build and maintain cloud business software for Singapore SMEs, including ERP systems, e-invoicing (InvoiceNow / GST InvoiceNow), digital forms and AI-powered features. We also handle the servers, architecture and performance work behind them.

This role is built for growth. You'll start with well-scoped tasks like bug fixes, small enhancements and customer-specific changes, so you can learn the codebase and how we work. As you build confidence, you'll take on larger pieces of work and, over time, full features. In a small team, that progression happens faster than it does at most large companies.

What you'll do

• Start with bug fixes, small enhancements and customer customizations
• Learn frontend, backend and database work hands-on in live production systems
• Progress to larger features as you grow, including e-invoicing (InvoiceNow / Peppol) integrations and AI-powered functionality
• Write clean, maintainable code and learn to own your work end to end

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in IT / Computer Science, or a bootcamp graduate / self-taught developer with projects to show
• Basic knowledge of PHP/ Laravel
• Familiarity with SQL databases
• Curiosity, and the willingness to figure things out rather than wait to be told
• Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome. We care more about what you can build and how fast you learn than your years of experience
