Financial Manager
Nine Egypt is looking for an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and support management with accurate financial reporting, analysis, and planning. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, monitoring financial performance, ensuring proper financial controls, and providing management with the financial insights needed to support business decisions. Job Responsibilities Oversee the company’s day-to-day financial and accounting activities.
Prepare and review periodic financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, revenues, expenses, receivables, and payables.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Monitor the company’s financial performance and highlight significant variances and risks to management.
Prepare financial analysis and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure proper financial controls and procedures are implemented and maintained.
Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate books and records.
Follow up on accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely settlements.
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
Review financial documents, contracts, and transactions from a financial perspective.
Support management in evaluating new business opportunities and financial decisions.
Provide regular financial updates and recommendations to senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Experience with accounting or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
