Now we are looking for another employee within Customer Service & Order Management
Are you interested in working in an outward-facing role towards an international market? You will play a central role in the order and delivery flow towards the company's distribution network.
You ensure that incoming orders are handled efficiently and correctly while answering product and delivery questions. Quotation writing is included as a natural part of the tasks along with planning and booking of transports from factory out to the customer.
Special products are handled outside of ordinary workflows which requires more internal communication and documentation.
Payment methods and terms vary depending on customer and market and can in some cases involve a greater requirement for documentation, risk assessment and preparations.
