To succeed in the role, we believe you have a strong interest in service and in using your language skills in speech and writing. In addition to English, which is a requirement, we highly value knowledge of German. If you can speak Finnish, it is a merit. As a person, you are thorough, service-oriented, and communicative.

We are looking for an International Customer Service Representative
Are you a communicative person who enjoys daily international contacts in an industry under constant development? In step with increased internationalization and digitalization, the customer service department needs to be strengthened. Rowico is facing an exciting journey where flexibility, service, and customer focus will become even more important moving forward.
You will be part of the customer service team that handles cases from the Nordic countries as well as the rest of Europe, where Germany constitutes an important market. The goal is to deliver first-class service and, in your case, towards customers and retailers primarily outside of Sweden.
The work tasks include order and quotation management. You answer questions via telephone and email and handle article files, price lists, and product information for e-commerce as well as chain customers. You ensure that incoming orders are handled efficiently and correctly while also answering product and delivery questions, which also requires internal communication.
