Sustainability Coordinator

We are strengthening NIBE with a person who coordinates the sustainability reporting from the more than 100 different companies within NIBE Group. Sustainability, good quality, sound values, responsibility, and respect have always been important guiding stars for NIBE and form the foundation of both our everyday work and our policies and goals. As examples, we have signed UNGC, we follow GRI standard, and we publish an integrated annual report, a work that has received increasing attention and many positive reactions.

Sustainability coordinator to NIBE in Markaryd (Sustainability coordinator)

Your duties

• Responsible for the internal data collection of sustainability facts from the companies as well as quality assurance (controller function) of data used in different types of sustainability reports/communication
• Participate in the strategic work in our team as well as participate in stakeholder dialogues and analyses of material to support the integration of sustainability in the organization
• Educate newly acquired companies in NIBE Group Sustainability sustainability reporting, ensure the use of data reporting support (WF) that follows guidelines such as GRI standard reporting, as well as keep these updated against new requirements
• Compile statistics and evaluate the outcome of collected data against goals and KPIs
• Quality assure reported sustainability data from the companies, which includes local audits as part of our internal control. We implement and follow up on sustainability through frequent visits to the various companies and also to our suppliers
• Participate in the production of the integrated annual report and be responsible for compliance with, for example, GRI standard requirements

Your background and competence

We believe you have a degree from a university or college in Environment, Energy, or Economics. At the same time, you have a great interest in developing further within the sustainability field. We would prefer that you have experience from the economics, environmental, or legal field. You have good social competence and adaptability to different countries' cultures. The position requires that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and are skilled at writing and presenting.
