For Halmstad, we are now seeking an Administrator with an interest in logistics

We are now looking for a person who is interested in a versatile, administrative, and communicative role. You will play an important role in the small organization where you will work closely with the company management and finance in the daily operations. At the same time, you will have continuous customer contact.

The tasks primarily include administration surrounding the company's core business, which is freight forwarding and logistics. This includes arrival registration of goods, warehouse management, and delivery planning. The logistics operations cover several modes of transport such as truck, boat, and railway. We believe that order and tidiness are important qualities as you will work in both your own and the customers' business systems.

You probably have a number of years of experience in a communicative and coordinating role, perhaps as a traffic planner or export freight forwarder. You have a relevant educational background as well as good knowledge of English. If you also have experience working in business systems, spreadsheet programs, and generally good computer skills, we see it as an advantage.
