Calibrate, adjust, and verify laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable analysis.

Collect, identify, and monitor samples from all production stages, ensuring proper handling and uniformity.

Conduct chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products in accordance with approved specifications and methods.

Follow up water treatment plants operation and analysis for treated different types of water ( raw , waste , …..etc)

Follow up operation of beet reception lab. for all beet shipments analysis .

Perform required laboratory tests and experiments in line with established technical procedures and standards.

Monitor sugar losses during the shift and coordinate with Production and Engineering to identify causes and minimize losses.

Verify analytical results against target specifications, identify deviations, and ensure finished products comply with quality and customer requirements.

Monitor the performance of laboratory personnel and ensure compliance with laboratory operating procedures and equipment instructions.

Record and maintain accurate analytical results, product readings, quality data, and laboratory records.

Prepare and report laboratory and process quality results, raw material and finished product specifications, and abnormalities to the Senior Chemist.

Immediately report quality deviations, abnormal results, equipment issues, and non-conformities to the Senior Chemist and relevant departments.

Bachelor of Science (Chemist).

0-3 Years of Experience.
