Merchandising Intern

Your tasks

As a Merchandising Intern at Nike Inc. in Hilversum, you will manage product assortments and support merchandising decisions for Nike, Jordan, or Converse.

As a Merchandising Intern at Nike Inc., you will help assemble the right product assortments at our EMEA headquarters in Hilversum and support key merchandising decisions for one of our three iconic brands: Nike, Jordan, or Converse. You will work on real, impactful projects and contribute directly to the future of our company.

• Manage product information and support seasonal merchandising processes to ensure data is current and accurate
• Use consumer, marketplace, and business insights to inform merchandising choices and identify opportunities
• Analyze data and formulate recommendations that support business performance and growth
• Create product assortments and presentations that bring consumer and marketplace strategy to life
• Collaborate with sales, digital direct, demand planning, and inventory management to deliver consumer-centric assortments

Requirements

What do you bring?

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Merchandising, Fashion Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You collaborate effectively, think entrepreneurially, embrace change, and grow through feedback and reflection
• You are curious about AI and new technologies and want to deploy them responsibly
• Passion for product, consumer trends, and the intersection of sport, fashion, and retail
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; you can turn insights into action and thrive in a collaborative environment
