About the company
Join Nike at the European Headquarters (EHQ) as a Lead Digital Capabilities and play a key role in shaping and enhancing Nike’s digital consumer experiences across EMEA. In this strategic and cross-functional role, you will help define digital capabilities, influence product roadmaps, and drive the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions that elevate the consumer journey across Nike’s digital ecosystem. This is a temporary assignment until May 2027.
Your tasks
What are you going to do?
- Lead the development and optimization of digital capabilities that enhance consumer experiences across Nike’s digital platforms.
- Identify business needs and translate them into scalable digital solutions and capability requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Digital, Technology, Commercial, and Consumer Experience teams.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, from discovery and planning through implementation and adoption.
- Influence and shape product roadmaps by providing business insights, consumer feedback, and market perspectives.
- Monitor digital performance, analyze data, and deliver recommendations to improve consumer engagement and business results.
- Collaborate with Global and EMEA partners to ensure successful launches of new digital features and capabilities across the marketplace.
