Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) – Air Freight Import/Export (Speditionskaufmann/-frau)

To strengthen our partner company, we are looking for a Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d) – Air Freight Import/Export at the earliest possible date.

Tasks:

• Independent processing of air freight orders (Import & Export)
• Responsibility for the import and export processing of air freight shipments
• Communication with international customers and agents
• Negotiation of freight rates and conditions
• Processing of damage reports and complaints
• Support with billing and preparation of the monthly closing

Requirements:

• Successfully completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
• Experience in the field of air freight desirable
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office
• High communication skills and organizational talent
• Team player with business understanding and affinity for numbers
