PHARMACY ASSISTANT

Job Description & Requirements Job Description: Answering phone calls and customer questions Labeling, packaging and dispensing medications Measuring and mixing drugs according to prescriptions Processing medication orders Stocking pharmacy shelves and checking inventory Assist in ordering medication when inventory is low Assist in the training of new pharmacy staff and guide/ supervise Pharmacy Assistants in their duties and responsibilities Carry out cycle counts, stock accurately and accordingly to the Standard Operating Procedures Extraction of monthly inventory records Requirements: Possess a Pharmacy Technician Course Certificate issued by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, or an equivalent Diploma from a recognised Polytechnic 5.5 work week Prior related work experience preferred. Fluency in Japanese is an advantage. Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
