Your tasks
- Supervise and coordinate daily renovation site activities.
- Manage subcontractors and workers to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor workmanship, quality control and site safety.
- Coordinate materials, manpower and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and project managers.
- Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, partition and finishing works.
- Able to read renovation drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Relevant Singapore renovation experience preferred.
