Warehouse Operations Manager

Working across a fast-paced 24/7 environment, you'll lead and develop teams, optimise resources and implement practical improvements that enhance efficiency, service levels and cost control. The Role: Lead warehouse and logistics operations across multiple warehousing and service areas. Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure seamless execution. Ensure compliance with all health, safety and operational procedures. Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple shifts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, productivity and cost optimisation. Oversee stock accuracy, inventory control and operational reporting. Manage relationships with external equipment and service providers. Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure service demands are consistently met. About You: You are an experienced warehouse or logistics leader with a proven ability to motivate teams, improve operational performance and deliver results in demanding environments.
