Are you a proactive Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes? We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed term basis to play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy and attracting top talent across a growing organisation. This is a hands-on opportunity, offering the chance to influence hiring decisions, enhance candidate experience, and drive talent initiatives that support long-term business success.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and deliver effective direct sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across a range of disciplines
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight
• Develop and enhance early careers programmes
• Analyse recruitment data and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion objectives through inclusive attraction and selection practices
• Drive a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand throughout the recruitment process

About you

You will demonstrate some if not all of the following:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in either an in-house or agency environment
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
• Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
