Functional Consultant (D365 Business Central)

About the company

I am actively recruiting on behalf of a leading MS solution provider as they look to add an enthusiastic, functional implementation specialist to their award-winning BC consultancy team.

Alongside exciting international growth plans, the company have a strong pipeline of greenfield D365 Business Central projects starting into 2027; and present a progressive, interesting environment to build prior Dynamics 365 BC system exposure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Microsoft Partner delivering innovative Business Central solutions to organisations across the UK.

Your tasks

• Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping workshops
• Produce functional design documentation (FDDs)
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deliver end-user training and go-live support
• Support post-implementation process improvement and optimisation

Requirements

If you are an experienced D365 BC consultant looking to grow your project portfolio, or a Business Central Systems Analyst looking to move into partner based consulting, this role offers an excellent platform to progress and collaborate in a like minded team.

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Strong understanding of core D365 Business Central functionality
• Consultancy experience within a Microsoft Partner environment preferred
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience, from discovery through to go-live
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
