Senior Analyst
Job Purpose The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of client projects through data analysis, insight generation, and report preparation. Working closely with Delivery Managers, Commercial teams, and clients, the role helps ensure high-quality service delivery and actionable business recommendations. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to support project execution across a range of client engagements. We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. Our service and delivery are key to helping clients make informed business decisions and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Analytics Support the setup, execution, and delivery of client projects within agreed timelines. Analyze sales, market, and consumer data to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities. Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses that translate data into clear business insights. Support the development of recommendations that address clients’ business questions and challenges. Ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality standards in all project deliverables. Assist in the implementation of key NIQ solutions and methodologies as required. Client Support Support day-to-day client servicing activities and respond to client requests in a timely manner. Work closely with Delivery Managers and Commercial teams to understand client business needs. Participate in client meetings and presentations by providing analytical support and project updates. Contribute to building strong working relationships with client stakeholders. Collaboration & Continuous Learning Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Delivery, and Solution experts. Maintain a good understanding of NIQ products, services, and methodologies. Share knowledge and best practices within the team. Continuously improve analytical, presentation, and consulting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related fields. 2-4 years of experience in market research, business analysis, retail measurement, consumer insights, or FMCG-related industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
