Dutch speaker Amstelveen, Netherlands / Customer Success Team – Retailer Service - Netherlands Salary: 48,700 EUR to 50,520 EUR gross per year, including holiday allowance and the 13th monthly payment.  Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. You will combine relationship management, consulting and analytical problem-solving to help clients uncover opportunities, understand market trends and maximize the value they get from NielsenIQ insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, translating data into actionable recommendations, and making a measurable impact on client success. Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with retail clients and become their strategic advisor Analyze market, category and shopper data to identify opportunities and risks Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations Deliver presentations and business reviews to client stakeholders Proactively identify opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction Collaborate with analytics, commercial and operational teams Support clients in using NIQ solutions to answer key business questions A little bit about you Who will thrive here Naturally curious about consumer behavior and retail trends Comfortable turning data into stories and recommendations Enjoys building relationships and influencing stakeholders Balances analytical thinking with commercial awareness Likes working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Requirements 2-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, category management, insights, analytics or account management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluency in Dutch and English Experience in FMCG, retail or market research is a pré #LI-Hybrid #LI-HL1
