Working in partnership with sales teams, leadership, and regional stakeholders, the team is responsible for developing data-driven initiatives that connect the company's solutions to the needs of customers and the market.   We are looking for a person to act as a Mid-level Growth Marketing Analyst (focus on Paid Media), and the primary objective of this position is to lead the execution, optimization, and analysis of paid media campaigns to support Mtrix's marketing strategy in Latin America. This position will have great autonomy to propose optimizations, test new approaches, implement automations, and use Artificial Intelligence to increase the efficiency of marketing operations. This is an opportunity for professionals who combine strong analytical capacity, excellent communication, and mastery of digital performance, with regional exposure, contact with different markets, and high visibility with leadership.   Responsibilities  Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads channels, ensuring alignment between performance and business objectives.  Continuously monitor campaign indicators, identifying optimization opportunities to maximize reach, engagement, demand generation, and investment efficiency.  Configure and monitor tracking, UTMs, pixels, conversion events, and other measurement mechanisms, ensuring data reliability.  Develop dashboards and executive performance reports for different stakeholders, transforming data into actionable recommendations.  Analyze campaign results and market trends, proposing initiatives that contribute to the continuous improvement of the digital strategy.  Conduct tests and experimentation on audiences, messages, creatives, formats, and digital journeys to increase campaign effectiveness.  Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, using storytelling and data-based communication to support decision-making.  Support mTricks LATAM marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the evolution of regional strategies.  Work in partnership with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment between demand generation, lead quality, and commercial objectives.  LI-Hybrid

Experience in managing paid media campaigns, especially in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.  Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital measurement tools.  Experience in building, analyzing, and presenting performance reports.  Knowledge of digital marketing, performance, and demand generation metrics.  Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.  Strong analytical capacity, with the ability to interpret data, connect indicators, and generate relevant insights for the business.  Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience presenting results to different audiences.  Ability to transform analyses into clear narratives and strategic recommendations through data-driven storytelling.  Organization, autonomy, and prioritization capacity in dynamic environments.  Advanced English for participating in meetings and interacting with regional stakeholders in Latin America.  Desirable knowledge or experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as RD Station, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.  Spanish Desirable.
